Kellogg Community Credit Union's (KCCU) new 4,500 square foot financial branch office on Drake Road, within Corner@Drake, is open for business. AVB worked closely with KCCU to construct this new facility which features a contemporary open lobby with private teller pods, a call center, four conference rooms and a main office. The building is anchored by a tower featuring a contemporary glass corner that serves as the building’s main entrance.

This project required significant site work, including the revision of the steep North Slope. AVB utilized new geo-webbing technology to ensure the slope from eroding in the future.

This new branch has created several new jobs already, making it another positive influence in the Kalamazoo community.
