AVB was chosen as the construction manager to remodel Western Michigan University’s Stadium Club- President’s Suit. The construction of this project will be carried out in two different phases. Phase I, which is currently underway, includes all interior renovations, a new entry, and an upgraded outdoor terrace. Phase II will focus on the exterior renovations, which includes a new entrance canopy, site improvements, and landscaping.
Key features of this project include notable yellow steel beams throughout the ceiling and a horseshoe-shaped bar- both paying homage to the school’s brand image and theme.
