To expand their ever-growing neighborhood grocery store into Kalamazoo, Trader Joe’s chose AVB as their construction manager and developer. AVB was responsible for building the Core & Shell of the building. It took expert communication and diligence from AVB to coordinate the precise design standards and timeline by Trader Joe’s. AVB completed this build on time and on budget.
