The new Lakeview Apartments are located adjacent to the University’s Student Center and overlooking the pond and University Park, in the heart of EMU’s campus. Lakeview will bring 136 new units to campus, or 400 new beds. Lakeview will also feature over 29,000 SF of common areas across four stories. By design, the shared amenity spaces and upgrades will facilitate social interaction and a sense of community, all while supporting living-learning and overall well-being to ensure success for a diverse student population.
