Breakfast at Tiffiny’s is a local Portage restaurant with several locations, including West Main Street in Kalamazoo. This 3,000 SF project included a full-service kitchen, banquet room with reclaimed bench, and booth seating from old church pews.
The full interior build-out of Breakfast at Tiffiny’s included on-site “design-build” millwork, upper cabinets, and all booth and bench seating. AVB had to closely coordinate with the owner to install all the owner-provided kitchen equipment, beer taps, etc. to ensure the build stayed on the tight schedule.
