Bogan Development chose AVB to be its construction management team on its new mixed-use development off Frank Street in Kalamazoo’s Northside neighborhood.
315 Frank Street will help address the need for housing in Kalamazoo, featuring 13 new housing units, two designed for people making 60% Area Median Income (AMI), six for 80% AMI, and five are market rate. Additionally, this new development includes an on-site childcare center through a partnership with the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo.
