This five-story, pre-cast concrete, apartment complex is an exciting addition to Kalamazoo's River's Edge District. Our New Design Studio is Nearing Completion

We expect the new design studio at our main office to open on February 15, 2021! The design studio is a space for clients to meet with their sales consultant and selections coordinator to design their dream home. This space will include displays to review the many options for building your home including trim samples, paint colors, flooring options, and beyond. Located on the newly renovated main level, which will fully open later this spring, the new studio offers three separate and customized meeting areas to make designing your new home comfortable, engaging, and fun. We look forward to showing you our new space!
