Project Feature: Trace
Purdue Fort Wayne University Student Apartments
Eight short months ago, we broke ground on Purdue University Fort Wayne’s newest student apartments – Trace. Today, Trace is approximately 35% complete, with framing targeted to be finished by end July of this year. With structural work progressing steadily, interior rough-ins have also begun, and site utilities are substantially complete. Once framing wraps up, work will shift to exterior finishes and interior build-out to keep the project on track for its anticipated opening in early fall of 2026.
Located just steps from the heart of campus, Trace is set to become a vibrant new hub for student living, featuring modern amenities and a strong connection to the university experience. We’re proud to be part of shaping the next chapter of student life at PUFW and look forward to sharing more updates as the project continues to take shape
AVB Partners with Western Michigan University Men’s Basketball and Heritage Community of Kalamazoo
This month, we partnered with Western Michigan University Men’s Basketball player, Max Burton, to visit residents at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo and deliver flowers. The visit was part of our ongoing commitment to building connections within our community and supporting intergenerational engagement. We're proud to support local student-athletes like Max who share our values and enjoy giving back — and we’re thankful to the team at Heritage for welcoming us so warmly.
