Zone 32 was more than a construction project - it was a community-driven vision led by Bogan Development to bring affordable housing and early childhood education to Kalamazoo’s Northside. The project required a construction partner who could align with the mission, navigate funding and regulatory complexities, and deliver a high-quality product that would serve families for generations.
