Incentives vary based on stage of construction. Eligible completed homes and homes in finishing stages receive AVB’s advertised interest-rate buydown plus an upgrade allowance equal to 2% of the home’s build cost. Eligible homes in early stages of construction (pre-drywall) receive a 2.5% discount from the build cost plus an upgrade allowance equal to 2% of the home’s build cost. The upgrade allowance may be applied toward closing costs, a further rate buydown or eligible selection upgrades and is subject to construction timing, product availability and AVB approval. Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise approved. Additional terms, conditions and restrictions may apply. AVB build cost is calculated as the cost to build the home and does not include land cost.
