AVB will serve as Construction Manager for the new Kalamazoo Township Community Campus, providing preconstruction and construction management services for this approximately $45 million municipal investment that will centralize essential township operations on a new 17-acre campus along Douglas Avenue. The development will bring together a new Township Hall, Police Department, Board Meeting Chambers, and shared public spaces in a modern, energy-efficient facility designed to improve accessibility, operational efficiency, and long-term service to the community. The campus master plan also preserves land for future expansion, including a future fire station and dedicated community green space.

Throughout preconstruction and construction, AVB will lead budgeting, scheduling, quality management, and coordination among project partners to support a seamless delivery process while maintaining township operations. The team will work closely with Kalamazoo Township and Williams Architects to manage the project's phased execution, oversee complex building systems, and provide proactive communication and cost management from groundbreaking through occupancy. By emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and disciplined project controls, AVB will help deliver a civic campus designed to serve the Township's residents for decades to come.
