AVB was chosen to construct FEMA’s 21,000 square foot addition to its existing facility. This expansion comes as a response to FEMA’s growing needs and demand for more space to house new amenities.
This two-story addition will include guest and visitor reception, general and private offices, meeting space, restrooms, as well as training and conference rooms to enhance the needs of the various departments in support of FEMA’s core business functions. The new space will match the existing building in width, height, roof slope, and structural systems.
It will take expert communication from AVB to ensure FEMA’s daily operations continue to run smoothly as their new addition is being constructed.
