As the construction partner for Branch ISD Area Career Center in Coldwater, MI, AVB supported a series of facility enhancements designed to improve safety, functionality, and the overall experience for students and staff.
The project includes the addition of a new vestibule and canopy at a primary entrance, creating a more secure and welcoming point of access while also providing weather protection. Updated signage will improve campus visibility and reinforce the Career Center’s identity in the community. Renovated office spaces are being designed to enhance workflow and accessibility, while a new school store will expand opportunities for student engagement and program growth. Finally, expanded storage areas will provide critical support for both daily operations and long-term facility needs.
Together, these improvements strengthen the Area Career Center as a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment that reflects the district’s commitment to supporting student success and career readiness.
